Our Courses: Continuing Professional Development

Workshops are restricted to a maximum of four people and will be held with a minimum of two. The low number of participants offers high tutor interaction and hands-on practice, maximising the effectiveness of taking CPD in this way.

One-Day workshops are held on a Tuesday or Friday, Two-Day workshops are held on a Tuesday & Wednesday or Saturday & Sunday. All workshops commence at 9.30 am and finish at 5.30 pm and accrue 7 CPD credits per day

• Work-Related Upper Limb Disorders (WRULDs)

• Trigger Point Release
• Muscle Energy Techniques
