Our Courses: Diploma in Remedial Massage

The Diploma in Remedial Massage is for qualified practitioners who wish to extend their therapeutic massage skills and be able to assess and treat specific musculo-skeletal disorders in a clinical setting.

Ideally the entrance qualification is the School’s own Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Massage which incorporates Anatomy & Physiology of the Human Body. However, the School is willing to consider applications from those who have trained with other private organisations or in FE Colleges and have gained similar levels of qualification.

The course is specifically designed to offer:

• The ability to extend your current knowledge and practices to assess and treat specific musculo-skeletal conditions and therefore widen your client base

• The opportunity to network with other qualified therapists

• Part-time attendance – home study elements coupled with non-residential tutorials

• Fully qualified and experienced lecturing staff who also run their own clinics and can impart first-hand knowledge on assessing and treating conditions

• An educationally valid qualification alongside our own Diploma, as all our courses are approved by the Scottish Qualifications Authority – this means they have parity and currency wherever you wish to work in the UK
